Should any portion or portions of this license and terms of use be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, then such portion or portions shall be severed from this Contract, and the remaining portions of the Contract shall be enforced. This agreement shall enure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of HDC.
