Licenses

You are purchasing a license to use HDC's Training Kits. When your order is processed, you are given approval to download PDF files of the kit(s).

HDC Training Kits are available for license as follows:

Single User License, being a limited license to store the electronic file(s) comprising any one licensed HDC Training Kit on one computer only and to make a single paper copy of the Kit.

Site License, being a limited license to store the electronic file(s) comprising any one licensed HDC Training Kit on one local area network server in order to make the Kit accessible by individual users' computers at one geographic site or location only and to make a reasonable number of paper copies of the Kit for a company's employees at the same site or location only. Each site or location must purchase a separate Site License for employees at each such site.

Corporate License, being a limited license granted to one corporate entity, or, with the express written approval of HDC, to affiliates of such corporate entity, to store the electronic file(s) comprising any one licensed HDC Training Kit on the corporate intranet and on computers at company sites or locations and to make paper copies for any and all employees.

Note: All kits are electronically stamped identifying the type of license and the purchaser. When placing your order, make sure the name of the buyer you want to appear on all kits is properly entered.
